Crossroads Truck and BusCustomer Service AdvisorBoroughbridge Depot Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Boroughbridge depot.Key Requirements- A strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing a first-class experience.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Excellent organisational skills.- Excellent telephone manner.- Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience in a comparable role is highly desirable, however full training will be provided.HoursAlternate weeks Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm / 9am - 6pmAlternate Saturday''s 8am - 12noonOverview of the Role- Book vehicles in for repair and servicing using our planner and liaising closely with our workshop and parts team.- Liaise with the customer in giving regular updates on vehicle progress, seek authority to carry out further repairs and ensure the customer has all the required paperwork.- Proactively contact customers after work is completed to ensure satisfaction and maintain our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.- Inform customers about current service promotions and offers.The successful candidate will have a positive, ''can do'' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.What Do We Offer?Loyalty bonus.Excellent contributory pension scheme. ..... full job details .....
