Customer Service Advisor Our client based in Bradford is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer telephone calls and provide a high level of customer service. Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner. Process and update customer information using the company''s in-house system. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications. Provide administrative support to the wider team when required. Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures. Skills and Experience Required Previous customer service or office administration experience preferred. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails. Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
