What You''ll Be Doing As a Fraud Specialist, you will:Handle inbound customer calls relating to suspected fraud or scamsInvestigate suspicious transactions and raise fraud casesSupport customers who may be vulnerable or experiencing financial difficultiesApprove or decline payments based on fraud risk assessmentsProvide reassurance and guidance to customers affected by fraudEducate customers on how to protect themselves from scamsEnsure all activity follows regulatory and banking compliance standardsTake ownership of customer queries and deliver first-call resolution wherever possibleWhat We''re Looking ForTo succeed as a Fraud Specialist, you should have:Minimum 12 months experience within a UK banking or Financial Services/Regulated environment.
