We are urgently seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to start work immediately and has the necessary security clearance already in place.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO MEET ALL THREE OF THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.

- You must currently be physically based in the UK.

The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused service. You will handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, maintain clear records and ensure all interactions are managed professionally and in line with relevant procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and other communication channels.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information.
- Handling sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
- Following established processes, policies and security requirements.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
Salary, Hours and Location
- Salary: £26,000 per annum.
- Location: Birmingham, UK.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Security requirement: Must already hold the required NPPV clearance.
