In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion, providing tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting the commercial success of the business. Respond to enquiries promptly, ensuring agreed service standards and response times are consistently met. Provide tailored recommendations based on customer requirements. Build strong relationships with customers, taking the time to understand their preferences and providing a personalised service. Contact external suppliers to source suitable options, negotiating rates, availability and terms where appropriate.
