People with experience within hospitality, retail or care are welcome.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.Regularly monitor emails for claim form requests and handle these requests efficiently.Update external databases with accurate claims information.Assist prospective clients by answering their calls and clearly explaining the claims process in relation to their insurance policies.Provide support to the claims department with various tasks, including claims handling and payment processing.
