You''ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with a range of enquiries and making sure they receive the support they need.What''s the role?You''ll take inbound calls from customers, helping with everything from online banking queries to questions about products and services. No sales targets, just genuinely helping people and finding the right solutions for their needs.This is a busy role, so you''ll need to enjoy speaking to people and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, typically supporting 40+ customers each day.Hybrid WorkingOnce training is complete, you''ll work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.The first 8 weeks of training are fully office-based in Swindon, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, giving you all the knowledge and support you need to succeed.Working Hours 14.56 per hourShifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to SundayWorking 5 days out of 7Shift patterns provided in advanceTypical shift patterns: 8:00am - 4:00pm9:00am - 5:00pm10:00am - 6:00pm11:00am - 7:00pm12:00pm ..... full job details .....
