The Role:

• Making outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally.
• Promoting the benefits and services available to members.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.

What We''re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths as a minimum.
