About the Role

This permanent Customer Service Adviser role in York (YO41) involves being the primary contact for clients throughout their vehicle repair journey. Based fully in the office, you will deliver a professional and positive experience, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position offers a salary of £26,836.80 per annum plus bonus opportunities, 25 days holiday, and an excellent benefits package. Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential, alongside a clear customer focus. The package:

Full time Perm position
Monday to Friday (This is a fully office-based role)
Location: York YO41
Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
Salary on offer: £26,836.80 per annum

About the Role
This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive repair experience for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey
Providing regular updates on repair progress
Booking vehicles in for repair
Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
Working closely with site colleagues to ensure high standards of service are maintained
Take any excess payments
Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly approach
Update customers on the progress of their vehicles
