About the Role
Manpower UK is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their client’s team in Bristol on a temporary basis, paying up to £19.35 per hour. In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing members, supporting renewals and retention while delivering professional service. Responsibilities include promoting available benefits, maintaining accurate records, and updating databases. You will work towards both individual and team targets, liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong IT abilities, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
