IMMEDIATE STARTOur client is going through a very busy period at present and looking for additional administrative and customer service support in their offices in Basingstoke.If you have experience working in fast aced customer service environments and possess great IT skills this maybe ideal for you. You will have a confident telephone manner, great attention to details and enjoy working in an environment where duties are varied. Full training will be given.DutiesYou ll be a helpful point of contact for customers, contractors, and trades staff mostly by phone.You''ll ensure the most effective and efficient booking and scheduling of appointments for worksUse an appointment/booking/scheduling systems to update information and job progressChecking appointments are attended and completed within set timescales.Reschedule jobs when needed, ensuring the customers are kept in touch with.
