Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Borehamwood. The ideal candidate will be confident managing customer calls, handling enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Deal professionally with complaints and difficult situations. Record customer information and call details accurately. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries. Follow up with customers where required. About You Previous customer service or telephone-based experience. Excellent communication and listening skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. Calm, friendly and solution-focused. Good organisational and computer skills.
