Customer Service Administrator 13.00 per hour, Albourne, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 1:30pm (20 hours), Temporary, office-based, on-site parking, casual dress The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy utilities business on a temporary basis due to increased workload. Reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager, this part-time, office-based role will involve supporting customer communications, handling enquiries and providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Administrator will play a key role in managing inbound queries and ensuring accurate information is recorded and passed to the wider team.Triage incoming calls from customers regarding local gas worksAsking pre-defined questions and accurately recording responses in ExcelPassing relevant information to management teamsSupporting with call-backs and follow-up emails after initial trainingPreparing customer communication materials such as flyersTyping up site visit notes and updating documentationAssisting with updating notices and general office informationFiling and maintaining organised recordsSupporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the office Requirements The successful Customer Service Administrator will have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with strong communication and organisational skills highly desirable.
