You will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on our clients specialist equipment used across the UK. Job RoleYou will coordinate and organise the repair, servicing and upgrade of a wide range of technical productsProviding excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between customers, couriers and internal teams, via calls, emails, texts and any other form of correspondenceActing as the first point of contact for customers requiring equipment servicing or repairTracking, updating and maintaining customer equipment through the service/repair processKeeping accurate records across customer, manufacturing and accounting systemsOperating standard office equipment and maintaining proper care of materialsDeveloping product knowledge across all equipment and services RequirementsThe successful Customer Care Coordinator will ideally have experience in a Customer Service or Customer Care role or Administration and be able to demonstrate the following skills or experience:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookClear and effective written communication. with a friendly, confident and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitaskFlexibility and willingness to support colleagues in a changing ..... full job details .....
