Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Chesham Salary: 29,000 - 32,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Fully Office-basedAbout the CompanyWe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business to support their busy and growing team.This varied role would suit an organised administrator with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.The RoleThis is a varied administration role supporting a busy team who are managing multiple projects.You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing resident communications, maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support the smooth delivery of projects.This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating appointments for surveys, inspections and planned worksSending letters, emails and updates to residentsMaintaining accurate records, databases and communication logsUpdating trackers and project informationMonitoring appointments, cancellations and access requestsRecording and tracking resident enquiries and complaintsProducing weekly and monthly reportsSupporting project mobilisation and administrationPreparing meeting agendas, minutes and action logsManaging diaries and supporting scheduling activitiesLiaising with ..... full job details .....
