Temporary Customer Service AdministratorLocation: On-site Duration: 3-4 months Start Date: Late September 2026 Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am-2.30pm Flexible Hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00am-2.30pm may also be considered Parking: Free on-site parking availableThe OpportunityWe are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services team for an initial 3-4 month period, starting in late September 2026.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator who is highly IT literate, organised and confident working across multiple systems. Experience within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous, although this is not essential.You will work closely with the Customer Services, Sales, Warehouse, Operations and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service and that orders, deliveries and related administration are managed accurately and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day customer support by telephone and email, responding to account queries promptly and professionally.Manage and assist with sales orders, purchase orders and associated documentation, ensuring customer expectations are met.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information across relevant internal systems.Monitor and follow up delivery discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of consignments, ..... full job details .....
