Customer Service Administrator
Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with an a logistics business in Bradford to recuit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your daily duties will include: Process and manage customer bookings accurately and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts. Manage customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes. Ensure customer requirements are consistently met while delivering a high standard of service. Support client retention initiatives by fostering positive customer relationships. Produce and maintain KPI reports and performance metrics where required. Assist with a variety of customer service and administrative support activities. Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational efficiency. Essential Skills and Experience Previous customer service experience is essential; experience within the transport or logistics industry would be advantageous. A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ability to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising workloads when required.
