The RoleOur client is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service professional to join their on-site team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service, accurate order progression, and efficient communication across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerProgress customer orders and support on-time delivery performanceResolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring root cause resolutionMaintain accurate daily reports and system recordsRaise credit notes where requiredLiaise with internal teams and Area Sales ManagersSupport customers with ordering processes and basic trainingUse internal systems (email, spreadsheets, databases)Analyse data and highlight service or quality improvementsSupport continuous improvement and process ..... full job details .....
