This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on strong administrative skills to build into a payroll-focused position over time.This role will initially focus on supporting customer returns and administration with an opportunity to develop into a specialist payroll position over time. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries via. phone and email in a professional and efficient mannerHandle the full returns process, liaising with internal teams and customersProvide accurate information on products, orders and deliveriesSupport general administrative duties across the teamExport and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel and internal systemsMaintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all tasksSkills and Experience RequiredGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filters, Basic Formulas, Pivot tables)Previous Experience in a Customer Service/Admin roleStrong communication skillsA professional telephone mannerHigh-level of attention to detail and organisationAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentConfident using computer system and ..... full job details .....
