Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover) Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire Salary: £12.21 per hour Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) - 12 months Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 Our client a leading provider in their field who are committed to delivering a reliable and professional service are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and book customer deliveries and installations Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates Monitor and report on client KPIs and service levels Support internal teams in resolving scheduling and stock issues Build effective working relationships with clients and suppliers On board new clients to our job management portal Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager Perform general administrative duties as required About You - Essential Skills and Experience: Experience scheduling deliveries, installations, or similar coordination tasks Strong office-based customer service background Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal Great attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with ..... full job details .....
