Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Salary: -13.0013.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary - up to 3 months

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Customer Focus Administrator to join our team based at our Sandy site.

This is a temporary position for up to three months, supporting the business while we complete an ongoing recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be organised, computer literate and confident communicating with customers over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing accurate data entry and maintaining information on internal systems.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing a positive customer experience at all times.
• Ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Good computer skills and confidence using systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm

This includes a 20-minute paid break and 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
