Customer Service Administrator My client is a well-established and growing business, proudly working with a wide range of leading manufacturer approvals and insurance partners. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Adviser to join their team in Portadown.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours: 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm and 4.30pm finish on a Friday.Salary: £13-£14 per hour depending on experienceThe RoleAs the first point of contact for our customers, you will:Manage customer enquiries by phone, email, and in personKeep customers updated throughout the processLiaise with insurers, engineers, and workshop teamsSchedule bookings and coordinate appointmentsMaintain accurate customer records and job updatesDeliver a high standard of customer care at every stageWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious customer service or adviser experience preferredExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident telephone manner and IT skillsAbility to work well under pressurePositive, professional, and team-focused attitudeWhat is on OfferAttractive salary packageBonus schemeCareer development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentModern working facilitiesFull training ..... full job details .....
