Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the key link between customers and internal departments, ensuring excellent service while supporting the end-to-end order process. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with production, sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, Manage order amendments, cancellations and re-bookings. Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Process customer price changes, maintain price lists, maintain customer and product master data. Raise credit notes where required. Create quotations and support pricing activities. Liaise with internal departments including Sales and Production to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
