Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Salary:£26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) Location: Bishop''s Stortford Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm One Saturday per month 10am - 4pm (paid or time off in lieu - your choice) Holiday: 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays We''re working with a friendly and growing business looking for an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you''ll be at the heart of the customer experience, supporting clients from initial enquiry right through to after-sales care. This role is about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing a genuinely helpful, efficient service.
