What we''re looking for:

• 2–5 years'' experience in customer service, sales support or commercial administration
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Experience handling customer enquiries, orders or administrative tasks
• Good IT skills and an interest in AI tools and new technology
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

What you''ll be doing:

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
• Processing orders, handling payments and tracking deliveries
• Liaising with warehouse teams, suppliers and couriers
• Resolving customer queries, complaints, returns and product damages
• Keeping customers updated and maintaining accurate records
• Using AI tools and modern software to improve efficiency and customer service
