Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a growing and well-established business within the packaging industry, based in Toddington, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.The successful Customer Service Administrator should have: Previous experience within customer service, administration or a similar office-based roleGood communication and relationship-building skillsStrong Excel skills, with confidence working with spreadsheets and customer/order dataExcellent organisation and attention to detailA proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities In this role, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for: Processing and managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completionActing as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving queriesLiaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothlyMaintaining accurate customer records and using Excel to manage, analyse and report on order informationUsing Sage for order processing and general customer administrationMonitoring deliveries and supporting the resolution of any issues or delays Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Administrator a competitive salary in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE plus benefits and the opportunity to develop your career within a friendly and growing team.If you are an ..... full job details .....
