We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy business that deals with high end custom products. This role is not just a Customer Services role and involved taking your own initiative to deal with what ever may come up. This role is based onsite Monday to Friday and is in a rural location so you must drive. So what would you be doing? Taking incoming calls and returning callsDealing with orders, returns, delivery issues and compliantsSeeing all issues through from start to finishUpdating the systems and inputting ordersCommunicating across different departments to solve issues What experience do you need? Highly computer literate preferably with experience using AI.At least 3 years Customer Service experience.The ability to take ownership and see things through from start to finish.You must Drive and have you own car.
