Customer Service Administrator

A client of ours based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday, working 8 hours a day between 8:00am - 5:00pm, and paying up to 12.71 per hour. The assignment is expected to continue for the remainder of the year.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, is confident speaking with people, and is tech-savvy with strong organisational skills.Due to the location, you must be a driver, as the site is not accessible via public transport.Your key duties in this Customer Service Administrator role will include but are not limited to:Handling incoming customer calls and email enquiriesUpdating internal databases and Excel spreadsheetsDrafting letter correspondencesMonitoring ticket responsesDiary managementProviding administrative support and document preparation between two different departmentsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous customer service or administration experienceConfident communicator with a positive and professional approachComfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and accuracyConfident using Microsoft Office, internal systems, and technology generallyA proactive and team-focused attitudeIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Temporary Customer Service Administrator ..... full job details .....
