Duties: - Process customer orders / schedules and coordinate from start to finish Act as a central point of contact, responsible for key customers, internal operations and suppliers to meet customer demand requirements efficiently, handling everything from procurement to final delivery and invoicing. Work with customers to accurately forecast on-going demand. Create schedules and forecasts for supporting raw materials onto suppliers to meet operational requirements and customer demand. Monitor and optimise stock levels, including safety stock. Maintain a balance to avoid shortages and excess stock hold.   Key Skills: - Proven experience of working in a similar role.
