Customer Service Administrator
Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator based in Walkden. Role: Customer Service Administrator Location: Walkden, fully office based Salary: 26k 30k (DOE) Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with availability to work half day Saturdays (8:00am 1:00pm) Responsibilities will include: Answering inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email. Preparing and processing customer quotations. Greeting customers visiting the showroom/site and providing excellent customer service. Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. Processing orders accurately using internal systems. Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met. Developing a strong knowledge of the company s products, systems, business and processes. Working with management to identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes. We re looking for someone who: Is proactive, self-motivated and able to use their own initiative. Is flexible and willing to support the team during busy periods, including Saturday working and additional hours when required. Has excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Is confident using computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. Has a good level of maths with the ability to work accurately with measurements.
