Customer Service Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business, supporting key customer accounts while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced sales office environment.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
• Managing customer accounts using the CRM system
• Liaising with planning, production and operations to meet delivery schedules
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Producing reports and monitoring customer order books
• Updating customer pricing agreements and product lead times
• Supporting continuous improvement projects within the sales office

About You

• Previous customer service or internal sales administration experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
