Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week.

We''re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Administration Specialist to join a friendly and supportive team.

• Respond to customer enquiries and email queries
• Resolve routine issues and escalate when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and team processes
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
• Confidence using multiple systems
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask effectively
• Positive, proactive approach to work
