Your responsibilities will include:Providing excellent customer service via phone and emailOffering administrative support to ensure production runs efficientlyMonitoring stock levels of materials and placing orders accordinglyProduction scheduling to meet customer and business requirementsCompleting daily administration, including issuing ordersSales order processing using the company''s ERP systemTracking orders, updating delivery schedules, and keeping customers informedAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role within a manufacturing or production environment would be highly advantageous.
