Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will play a key role in ensuring exceptional support for both new and existing customers.

To be considered you must drive due to the location of the office!

Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Managing the customer ticket queue
  • Handling online quotations and orders.
  • Inputting orders into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues and demonstrating empathy when resolving problems.
  • Assisting the team with other administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail.
