We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Administrator to join our Infeed team supporting heavily on customer enquires, building supplier relationships, supporting our current supplier base along with reaching out for new suppliers with a view to expanding our network based at our Recycling site, Ilkeston.This role would suit an experienced Customer Service advisor or administrator with strong communication skills. WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICR ADMINISTRATORS DO: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and future suppliersRespond to supplier enquiries, queries both on the phone and via emailLiaise with our Transport and Administration department regarding delivery and collections, purchase ordersContinue to review the market for trends and conduct analysis to make new business proposals with potential new suppliersProviding data on supplier trends and volumes to the Recycling Commercial Manager WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS: Previous ..... full job details .....
