Customer Service Administrator

This is a varied and customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing orders from existing customers
- Organising deliveries via company drivers, couriers, and hauliers
- Taking and processing card payments when required
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Maintaining accurate filing and records
- Monitoring and processing eBay and online orders
- Greeting and assisting visitors/customers
- Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and shredding
About You
We’re looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated, with the ability to manage daily tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong organisational skills and be able to plan and prioritise their workload
- Be confident in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Be adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be comfortable making decisions that balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial considerations
- Have experience in customer service and administration, with the confidence to handle a variety of customer needs in different situations
- Show a genuine interest in personal growth and professional development
Hours: Part-time, Mon–Thurs, 20–30 hours per week (start time 8:30am)
