Customer Service Administrator

Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer service representative to work in Bromsgrove.

Your duties will include:

• Responding to incoming queries via telephone and email. This could be order tracking, resolving issues with delivery, providing recommendations, actioning order swaps etc.
