You will be working closely with customers, transport teams, couriers and other departments across the site, helping to make sure the day to day operation runs smoothly. Working Hours and pay : Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 Pay Rate 13.44 per hour What Will You Be Doing? Providing customer service support to clients on site Communicating with customers, retailers, transport teams and couriers Dealing with late or undelivered outbound loads Investigating stock and order queries Completing reports and updating spreadsheets Sourcing and providing PODs when required Communicating with different departments across the site Providing general administrative support Working with internal systems and WMS Helping to ensure customer requirements and service levels are met What Are We Looking For?
