Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide-telephone-and-web-based-customer-support,-providing-customers-with-order-updates,-stock-availability,-and-product-and-service-advice.
• Update-in-house-CRM-systems-with-client-information,-updating-on-personal-details-and-order/enquiry-history.
• Manage-company-schedules,-from-engineer-support-to-deliveries-of-goods.

Requirements:

• Previous-experience-across-customer-support,-with-excellent-communication-skills,
• Ability-to-think-on-your-feet,-and-work-on-your-own-initiative.
• Support-marketing-operations,-through-content-creation-and-product-write-ups.
• Strong-administration-skills,-with-great-attention-to-detail.

Hours:-8:30-17:00-Monday-to-Friday

Salary:-up-to29,000-depending-on-experience
