Customer Service AdministratorLocation: NorthwichContract type: Temporary for up to 3 monthsWorking schedule: Monday - Friday (Office based)Hours: 8am - 5pmRate of pay: £13.50phAdecco are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support our client based in Northwich on a temporary basis for up to 3 months.The successful candidate will support operations from order receipt through to installation and completion, liaising with customers, internal teams, and field engineers to ensure accurate documentation and smooth scheduling for seamless delivery and installation.Key responsibilities:Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all documentation and specifications are completeRaise works orders and job packs using internal systems (Sales Logic / Job Logic)Track orders through the manufacturing process and liaise with the factory on production timelines and material availabilityPlan, schedule, and coordinate field engineers'' workloads and site visitsPrepare job sheets, installation packs, and supporting documentationSupport contract administration, procurement activities, and project milestonesMaintain accurate project and compliance records, including RAMS and permits Act as a main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and installation datesCommunicate effectively with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations teamsWhat we are looking for:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong administrative and ..... full job details .....
