Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity to join an established Swindon based company, working within the Customer Service / Planning team. As a Customer Service Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to key clients and external partners. About the Customer Service Administrator Role: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Annual salary 27,936 per annum Office based role in Swindon (SN3) Temporary to permanent role Start date is October 2026 Duties and Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator role: Invoice preperation, data checks and validation Responsibilty for raising and reconciling weekly invoices Process cancellations and postponements KPI management Creating Custoner reports Prepping Driver packs Support the Customer Service function Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator role: Excellent attention to detail Microsoft Office in particular Excel - Intermediate level Good numeracy and literacy skills Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines Ability to prioritise, work independently and reach defined targets Good interpersonal skills - able to deal with people at all levels Passionate about delivering customer service excellence To be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role apply today! ..... full job details .....
