Job Description Answering and investigating customer complaints and queries via MSDB forum. With the aim to complete MSDB''s within 7 days of opening. Liaising with all YMX branches and internal departments to problem solve issues. Involvement with creation, investigation and implementing counter measures from CSIR''s into production areas. Data collection and analysis of installation reports from YMX branches. Answering PIDB requests and quoting YMX''s for machine parts new, current and legacy. To be able to pack, ship and complete export control documents may also be required. Person Specification Essential Criteria Electrical and/or Mechanical experience required.
