Customer Sales, Planning and Quality Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales, Planning and Quality Controller on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business. This is a full-time, permanent role and is located in Woolston, Warrington.Benefits:Salary - £28,000 to £32,000, dependant on experienceWorking Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmHolidays - 25 days, plus Bank HolidaysRole Type - Full-time, PermanentRole Profile:You will be responsible for supporting customer order processing, assisting with production planning and helping maintain quality and compliance standards. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure orders run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.Day-to-Day of the Role:Processing customer orders accurately using internal systemsSupporting sales activity including quotations, samples and enquiriesAssisting with production scheduling and updating planning systemsMonitoring production progress and flagging delays or issuesRaising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers on material availabilityWorking closely with production, quality and accounts teams to ensure smooth operationsSpecification:Previous experience in a manufacturing, planning, customer service or quality-based role desirableStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using IT systems (ERP or order processing systems advantageous)Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and with customersIf you are looking for a varied role where you can develop your skills ..... full job details .....
