Finalising orders and inputting them onto the system. Confirming orders with customers via email. Upselling products and services. Processing payment details. Following up on quotes with customers. Experience and skill set - Ideally, previous experience of working within the waste industry is desirable but not essential. Strong telephony skills for inbound and outbound calls. Excellent administration and computer literacy skills, Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure as this is a very busy working environment.
