Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email sales enquiries professionally.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues or escalate where appropriate.
- Monitor repair jobs and provide customers with regular updates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration.
- Arrange collections for returned goods.
- Monitor back orders and urgent requirements, liaising with production where necessary.
- Prepare export documentation and customer invoices where required.
- Support Sales Managers with quotations, pricing and order updates.
- Promote company products, services and sales initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or telephone sales environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM or catalogue software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
