Customer Sales Advisor - Mobile UpgradesAre you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? My client is looking for motivated Inbound Sales Advisors to join their mobiles team, supporting customers with upgrade options and tailored mobile service solutions.In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening, and convert enquiries into successful sales by recommending suitable products, services, and available deals.Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus every SaturdayHours: 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday and every Saturday 09:00-17:30Full training will be provided over the first two weeks to help you build confidence in the role, products, systems, and sales process.Role Responsibilities:Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and engaging mannerExploring customer needs and recommending suitable mobile products or upgrade optionsClearly explaining the benefits of products, services, and current promotionsUsing effective questioning techniques to identify upselling opportunitiesMaintaining strong product knowledge and awareness of available dealsWorking towards and exceeding sales KPIs, including sales volume, call conversion, and additional product salesRequired Skills and Experience:Previous sales experience within a target-driven environment is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA resilient, tenacious, ..... full job details .....
