Customer Sales Advisor

Our client is a well-established and fully licensed financial services business based in Stockport, supporting customers who are looking for practical solutions to their financial circumstances. They are now looking to appoint a Customer Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a customer-focused role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their circumstances and helping them find the right solution. You''ll have conversations with customers about their financial situation, understand their needs and explain the options available to them in a clear and straightforward way. The role combines customer service, relationship building and sales, with a strong emphasis on listening and understanding before recommending a suitable solution.
