What we re looking for We require candidates with: Experience in the automotive industry (parts sales, service desk, or workshop background ideal). A strong understanding of vehicle components, systems, and fault symptoms. Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers. Experience in customer-facing or telephone-based roles preferred. What you ll be doing Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners. Advising customers on suitable parts, services, and solutions. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. Managing live chat and online enquiries.
