You''ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Customer Safety programmes, coordinating appointments, managing information, monitoring workstreams and producing accurate reports. You''ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, customers and other stakeholders to make sure safety programmes are delivered effectively and on time. Key responsibilities Provide effective administrative support to enable the delivery of Customer Safety programmes across Fire Safety, Asbestos, Lifting and Water Safety. Coordinate access appointments for Customer Safety programmes and risk assessments. Manage and prioritise customer and colleague contacts relating to Customer and Building Safety, including emails, internal requests and telephone enquiries.
