Customer Resolution Officer - Part Time Pay: 14.76 PAYE or 19.40 Umbrella per hour Job Type: Temporary Contract (Initial 3 Months) Location: Northfleet, Kent (Office Based) Hours: Part time - 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday)The RoleWe''re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Resolution Officer to support the Housing and Maintenance team. You''ll be the key point of contact for residents, helping to manage repairs, appointments and customer enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesLog repairs and update records using a CRM system.Book inspections and repair appointments.Liaise with residents and contractors to track repair progress.Keep residents informed throughout the repairs process.Monitor damp and mould cases and maintain accurate records.Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.Provide administrative support to Housing, Repairs and Estate Services teams.Deliver excellent customer service at all times.About YouPrevious administration and customer service experience within housing or local authority (desirable)Strong communication and organisational skills.Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience using CRM systems is desirable.Able to work independently and use your initiative.Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.Housing, repairs or property sector experience is beneficial.To apply for the Customer Resolution Officer position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant experience. ..... full job details .....
